Overview

We assess opportunities in intake, follow-up, internal knowledge, and reporting. Implementation defines permitted information, escalation to people, testing, and ongoing review. Access to sensitive information is scoped to the use case and your requirements.

When this work becomes necessary

Automation is useful when it addresses a defined workflow and someone remains accountable for quality. A launch without clear boundaries, escalation rules, or ongoing review can create more work for the team.

What RevAuth takes responsibility for

We identify repeatable tasks, define the information needed, and decide when a person must take over. The scope can include inquiry routing, follow-up support, internal knowledge retrieval, reporting preparation, and other agreed operational tasks.

We clarify the decisions we own, the work your team and partners execute, and the approvals needed from your leadership. Direct production and implementation are included only where the agreed scope assigns them to RevAuth.

What the deliverables contain

A workflow specification records inputs, permitted actions, information access, escalation rules, and success measures. Implementation includes test scenarios, handoff checks, team guidance, and a review process for errors and changes.

How the work moves forward

First, we establish a baseline using the records, people, and systems available. Next, we agree on priorities, ownership, and the review cadence. During execution, we track commitments and revisit decisions as new evidence and operational constraints emerge.

Progress reviews separate completed work from business outcomes. Both matter: an implementation can be complete before its impact is measurable, while an early performance change may need more context before it warrants a budget decision.

A decision in practice

An assistant may answer an approved scheduling question and route a request to staff, while a clinical question goes directly to the appropriate person. A law firm assistant may collect limited intake information while leaving legal guidance and case decisions with the firm.

The recommendation depends on the business’s goals, available evidence, and operating capacity.

What happens after launch?

The engagement defines who reviews interactions, how issues are escalated, who approves changes, and how updates are tested. Measures can include completeness, handoff quality, staff effort, error frequency, and cost per completed task.

How does this connect with the rest of the engagement?

The work is coordinated with strategy, team leadership, agency responsibilities, and reporting. It can be scoped as a focused engagement or included within ongoing fractional CMO leadership.
