Discuss relevant experience.

Ask us about experience relevant to your business and the responsibilities you want us to take on.

During a conversation, we can discuss the context of available examples and what can appropriately be shared. Results vary with market conditions, investment, execution, and business capacity.

What a credible result should explain

An outcome should be considered alongside its starting point, time period, investment, market conditions, and the work performed. A percentage without that context can conceal a change in budget, definitions, capacity, or customer mix.

When reviewing an example, ask which responsibilities the team owned, which partners contributed, and how the outcome was recorded. Those details help establish whether the experience is relevant to your situation.

Separate execution from business performance

Execution measures answer whether agreed work happened: tracking was implemented, a handoff was documented, or an agency commitment was delivered. Business measures answer what happened afterward: inquiry quality, conversion, appointment completion, acquisition cost, or another agreed outcome.

The review considers both. Completed work may need time to produce a measurable effect. A short-term performance change may also reflect seasonality, reporting delays, or another factor that requires investigation.

How we establish the comparison

We agree on metric definitions, data sources, a relevant baseline, and the review period. Where possible, investment and operating context are evaluated alongside the outcome so comparisons remain useful.

If records are incomplete or definitions have changed, we document the limitation. We do not treat a reconstructed estimate as equivalent to a consistently measured result.

Discuss experience relevant to your business

During an introductory conversation, ask about the industry, business model, team structure, and responsibilities most similar to yours. Request context around any example and clarify what can be shared appropriately.

Past outcomes do not guarantee future performance. Your proposed engagement should stand on its responsibilities, resources, decision process, and measures of progress.
