SERVICES
Intake & Conversion Consulting
Overview
We work with intake, sales, and scheduling leadership to understand response times, follow-up, handoffs, and conversion barriers. Recommendations reflect the way your business serves clients or patients.
Make the inquiry journey visible
Work you can put to use.
— Inquiry journey review
— Follow-up and handoff recommendations
— Conversion scorecard
— Implementation priorities
Clear responsibilities from the start.
We agree on the decisions RevAuth owns, the work your team and agencies deliver, and any direct implementation included. Ongoing leadership connects strategy with regular review and follow-through.
When this work becomes necessary
Campaigns can generate qualified interest while inconsistent response, incomplete follow-up, or unclear handoffs limit outcomes. Conversion work starts by understanding where inquiries stop moving and why.
What RevAuth takes responsibility for
We map the path from first contact through qualification, scheduling, consultation, and the relevant business outcome. We work with intake or scheduling leadership to review response coverage, contact attempts, routing, handoffs, and reporting definitions.
We clarify the decisions we own, the work your team and partners execute, and the approvals needed from your leadership. Direct production and implementation are included only where the agreed scope assigns them to RevAuth.
What the deliverables contain
You receive a documented journey, identified failure points, process recommendations, and a prioritized implementation plan. Owners and review measures are assigned so improvement does not depend on a one-time training session or a revised script alone.
How the work moves forward
First, we establish a baseline using the records, people, and systems available. Next, we agree on priorities, ownership, and the review cadence. During execution, we track commitments and revisit decisions as new evidence and operational constraints emerge.
Progress reviews separate completed work from business outcomes. Both matter: an implementation can be complete before its impact is measurable, while an early performance change may need more context before it warrants a budget decision.
A decision in practice
For a law firm, a caller may qualify but fail to complete a retainer because follow-up ownership is unclear. For a medical provider, an inquiry may never become a visit because scheduling availability and advertised services are misaligned. These are different problems and need different responses.
The recommendation depends on the business’s goals, available evidence, and operating capacity.
Do you make case or clinical decisions?
No. Your professionals retain responsibility for advice, eligibility, case acceptance, clinical judgment, and care. RevAuth’s role concerns the marketing and operational process defined in scope.
How does this connect with the rest of the engagement?
The work is coordinated with strategy, team leadership, agency responsibilities, and reporting. It can be scoped as a focused engagement or included within ongoing fractional CMO leadership.
